Donna Bugat -v- State of Victoria (Case 352): I am legally entitled to stamped copy of my amendments to reverse existing abuse of process, by email in Victoria, and by registered post to my home address in France (22.07.2020)
The global pandemic has proved I was and remain legally entitled to amend my County Court Order while I was living in my own home in France.
It is a legal impossibility to deny my home is in France.
So there is no reason why I do not have a stamped copy of my amendments now so I can live in my own home in France (and elsewhere) without being additionally burdened by governments Covid 19 restrictions, which frankly are the least of my problems, because I… already had multiple pre-existing life threatening illnesses, prior to the global pandemic.
The legal reality is the State of Victoria has no legal grounds to deny ‘access’ to County Courts who can stamp my amendments, and legally email them to me, just like doctors and chemists can legally email prescriptions and so on and so forth.
(I won the legal email argument in the UK, a very many years ago in our ‘landmark’ cases there)
I am legally entitled to have my own homes in Australia and France if that is what I choose, which would be a good balance.
(The State of Victoria did refuse me public housing in Melbourne… because I have been trying to sort out the abuse of process in legal proceedings)
All reasonable and rational, responsible adults know the peace and harmony of the rule of law has primacy over politicians and legislation etc.
I am and have always been legally entitled to make my own informed choices and decisions.
It is entirely normal that someone would want to amend wholly arbitrary County Court Orders that falsely imprison them.
I think it would be sensible for the County Court in the State of Victoria to email me a stamped copy of my amendments, and for them to send a hard copy by registered post to my home address in France, which is my modest stone cottage I own in my nature lovers paradise at XX XXX XX XXXXX XXX, XXXXXXXXX, 22450, Cotes D'Armor, Bretagne, France (which records show the Australian government knew was my address on 29 April 2015, when they sent me a registered letter there, which was before the referendum in the UK)
Thank-you for your email.
The legal reality is the State of Victoria are legally obliged to have legal services available the public can use (without the need for another of the Premier's phoney 'inquiries' into politicians deliberate failures)
Please email me with details of functioning legal services, because people obviously have urgent legal cases that can't wait, and existed long before the global pandemic.
I don't know of any legal impediment, to my receiving a stamped copy of my amendments by email with a hard copy sent by registered post to my address in France (Premier Andrews did know).
(It is deeply offensive Premier Andrews is dishonestly trying to blame people for being ill now, when he knows the evidence is... politicians prevented people who have pre-existing life threatening illnesses, getting proper healthcare, long before the global pandemic.
... the premier grandstanding to camera while refusing to empower people to participate in their own healthcare, by testing... themselves ...
It's common-sense, a Covid 19 'Test' which is the same as... any IgG test, obviously doesn't qualify as 'healthcare' for people with pre-existing life threatening illnesses, that needed medical treatment, long... before the global pandemic
A face-mask is obviously not going to cure... pre-existing life threatening medical illnesses.
It's pretty obvious Premier Andrews is not really a 'team player' who wants to... empower the public)
