BULL-DOGS OF WAR: UK LACKS LOCUS STANDII TO ASSERT ABSOLUTE MILITARY ‘AUTHORITY’ OVER SYRIA [WHICH IS OF ITSELF WHAT A ‘VOTE’ ALREADY PRESUMES] (01.12.2015)
It is a self evident matter of both fact and law that the British government lack any legitimacy/ 'locus standii' to conduct a 'vote' on going to war in Syria.
A ‘vote’ is of itself an unlawful assertion that the entire British Parliament already have absolute military authority over the Syrian government which is a bald faced criminal lie.
1. There is no UN Chapter 7 authorization and UN Resolution 2249 did not authorize British military action outside all known law.
2. There is no permission from the Syrian government for any British military action in Syria.
3.The Iraq government has not asserted UN Article 51 ‘collective defence’ in Syria (that could not in any event substitute Chapter 7) that the UK can piggyback on.
In legal terms, the British Parliament have not established any locus standii (legal standing) in Syria to even conduct a vote.
In all the circumstances the entire British Parliament ALL know they are acting unlawfully in every way.
in 'motion': everyone knows this is what a criminal conspiracy to commit genocide looks like
The British Parliament of all political shades are only able to wage war by illegally using state violence against law abiding civilians to try and stop successful legal challenges in courts of law.
