'KING' BORIS & 'MAGGIE' MAY LOSE LEGAL BATTLE OVER WATER CANNONS :) (15.07.2015)
It always pays to begin by asking the British regime to provide the legal grounds for any of their proposed violent criminality in writing, before it is passed into 'legislation' and so on, and gets to any courts, because they will come up empty handed.
Unsurprisingly 'King' Boris and 'Maggie' May could not come up with identifiable legal grounds over actually 'licensing' their water cannons in London, which would have kept as they know, any legal challenge they would ultimately lose, put simply, short and sweet.
'maggie' may: no legal grounds to 'licence'...yet
The obvious intention behind water cannons was to try and find a way of simply sweeping away far wider legal challenges to the criminality of the British regime, that they have never been able to defend in any court of law.
'king' boris says he will keep looking for...legal grounds
Are European Courts really going to be able to claim that no member of just one campaign in the UK could not ever have access to a High Court jury in unprecedented civil claims against the British regime ?
blah di blah
