THE UNSC WEAPONS SUPPLY LINE OF DIVIDE & RULE WOULD END, IF IT WERE MANDATORY FOR ALL COUNTRIES TO JOIN THE ICC, TO STRENGTHEN THE RULE OF LAW (22.11.2015)
The UNSC fundamentally puts civilian lives at risk, because countries sign up to the UN, only to be ruled over what by it’s very nature is an uncivilized lethal weapons supply line, rather than the rule of law.
It is that failure to first and foremost recognize the rule of law by signing up to the recently invented ICC to try and protect life, that weakens the rule of law.
...the unsc weapons supply line of divide and rule, is not a friend of civilians anywhere
The UNSC has created a lethal and wholly artificial divide and rule of civilian populations, which puts civilian lives at unnecessary risk.
The ICC is one ‘opportunity’ for all world leaders to publicly try and save civilian lives.
It should be mandatory for all countries to have to join the ICC to be recognized, rather than being recognized by the UN which is ruled over by the UNSC.
At the very least any country that wanted to be a member of the UN should have to be a member of the ICC too.
It is the responsibility of all world ‘leaders’ to stop making excuses and embrace the likes of the ICC to help try and make the rule of law work for...civilian populations, instead of ‘relying’ on the old world divide and rule of the UNSC weapons supply line, which simply does not protect...civilians.
It is an entirely foreseeable recipe for human disaster to have five permanent members of the UNSC claiming they can rule the world, through lethal weapons.
The Russian arrivistes who belatedly arrived in Syria to grandstand from a comfortable height and distance with superior weaponry, have always known that the Syrian government were demonstrably less well equipped than the unprecedented multitude of private armies of terrorists sent against the Syrian state by the likes of the US.
The US-led coalition have always been trying to force out President Assad simply because they want to militarily impose their own government.
It is arguable that if Syria was a member of the recently invented ICC, that despite the very many faults of the ICC, the US-led coalition may not have been able to persist for so long, with their many fables, including that they can ignore national sovereignty.
It would be preferable to see a UN Resolution making it mandatory for all countries to join the ICC.
01.06.2015 UK ILLEGALLY REFUSE TO PROSECUTE BIRNBERG’S JET SETTING AL-QAEDA TERRORIST BHERLIN GILDO TO MISLEAD PUBLIC IN CALL FOR UK TROOPS IN SYRIA
The UNSC which has no functioning legal mechanism of any kind, has even now failed to definitively identify who the very many mercenaries flying under the ‘Islamic State’ moniker must be, despite the reality that lethal weapons of any quantifiable amount do pass through them.
This failure to evidentially identify who is continually supplying lethal weapons to the ‘Islamic State’, which are being used on civilian populations, cannot be dismissed as ‘diplomacy’ or indeed anything else.
The odd mention of individuals in UN 'sanctions' over 'terrorism', disguises that only governments and corporations can be behind the continual supply of sufficient levels of lethal weapons in war.
corporate war propaganda of he said/she said for the simple minded, is actively trying to remove any need for...evidence when...governments wage corporate war
[In fact the UK are leading the charge using the bogus war on terror, to try and have 'secret' trials over any corporate legislation, which they do not want publicly filmed]
The fake ‘Islamic State’ and their lethal weapons did not drop out of thin air and it is not good enough for any government to hide evidence of mercenary armies using lethal weapons on civilians.
Indeed the Russian government who are a permanent member of the UNSC, have always been bought and paid up members of NATO’s bogus war on terror, with all the accompanying war propaganda.
The Russian involvement in NATO’s bogus war on terror, cannot be wholly ascribed to a ‘policy’ of appeasement, but instead manifests itself as a rather comfortable collaboration within a very lucrative UNSC weapons supply line.
The Iran-Contra scandal highlights the ‘ambivalence’ of Russia in the Middle East.
In the modern world it should be the duty of all governments to join the ICC to try and make the rule of law work, rather than the artificial divide and rule of the UNSC weapons supply line.
