ISLAMIC STATE PROPAGANDA DESIGNED TO MASK VITOL OIL & TRAFIGURA 'GHOST' TANKERS AT HEART OF LEGAL DISPUTE OVER IRAQI OIL 'SOLD' TO U.S. COMPANIES (29.08.2014)
It is no co-incidence that ISIS propaganda and the nobbling of the Iraqi government reached fever pitch at exactly the same time the legal dispute over the ownership of Iraqi oil blew up in an American court.
The actions of the so called 'Islamic State' are only designed to -help- the U.S. military secure oil through the Iraqi Kurds.
I think we can be certain that oil traders know exactly where their ships are, and that they instructed the ships to turn off their transponders.
However Vitol Oil and Trafigura have a legal quandary. Both oil traders have been taking very large sums of money to fence oil for the Kurds (and probably the Islamic State) for quite sometime now, by claiming they are delivering this oil with proof of ownership, which is of course, legally speaking, not strictly true.
...Baghdad, has filed a lawsuit in a U.S. court to reclaim control of the United Kalavrvta cargo...
....the partially full Kamari tanker carrying Kurdish crude disappeared from satellite tracking north of Egypt's Sinai. It reappeared empty two days later near Israel.
Kurdish crude first travels through a pipeline to the Turkish port of Ceyhan. This summer, at least five tankers with Kurdish crude left Ceyhan for destinations around the world, according to the Washington Post.
One ship offloaded its cargo in Israel—an interesting hint of burgeoning Kurdish and Israeli ties. Another tanker transferred oil to another ship near Singapore. A third tanker is transiting near Malta. The fourth is off New Jersey and United Kalavrvta is still sitting in the Gulf of Mexico.
Of course, the letter written to the U.S Court on July 29th 2014, is from a dirty British based lawyer from a dirty British law firm.
It was Moqtada Al-Sadr who has long quite properly complained of the U.S. imposed Iraqi constitution, which is designed to favour those who bend over and do as they are told by corporate western states.
Once the Iraqi government had brought a legal challenge over the disputed ownership of Iraqi oil that was about to be delivered to another U.S. company, the best a U.S. ‘Judge’ could do was give the crooked...oil traders enough time to turn off their transponders and run from public view, before the Iraqi government filed or amended any claim to include the oil trader, not just in the U.S.
It is safe to say, that despite attempts to conceal the identity of the oil trader in the current dispute that it is still Vitol Oil and Trafigura who have been fencing disputed Iraqi oil for years.

The legal dispute over ownership of oil proves beyond a reasonable doubt that claims by the U.S. government (and their allies such as Turkey) that they want a united Iraq are simply untrue.
The Iraqi Kurdish leadership who frankly are traitors to humanity, have always lacked any real legitimacy through their gleefully trying to profit out of the Genocide of their fellow human beings for a very many years now.
