SYRIA: WHY CAMPAIGNERS HAVE A SERIOUS RESPONSIBILITY TO NOT ALLOW HUMAN RIGHTS GROUPS WORKING FOR WESTERN GOVERNMENTS, DESTROY HUMAN LIFE, FOR MONEY (27.01.2014).
The western war of aggression in Syria puts into sharp relief, how desperate it is, that human life must be the priority in any genuine struggle.
We need to remain vigilant of the real purpose behind the current western propaganda.
There is a very long list, of unscrupulous western human rights and humanitarian "organizations" just queuing up to promote the western agenda of "intervention" of any kind, to build up the Western weapons supply lines, and so forth.
The reason that western human rights organizations are so many and so large, is because they play a very large role in promoting the policies of the biggest mass murderers, who are in the West.
The only question being asked at the Davos Economic forum was how long it was going to be before the Assad government fell. No-one in the real world believes this question from the likes of the U.S, Saudi Prince Turki, George Soros, or the media, had anything to do with the plight of innocent civilians in Syria.
The questions people must ask themselves, to understand what is really going on, in Syria, include these.
If you can think or talk about all manner of ideologies with your friends, including politics and finance, and you can practice your religion in private, why would you involve or invite in western governments to murder your brothers and sisters, thus denying them the most important right, the right to life ?
If you want a government to murder you for a religious, political or financial ideology, that is your business.
However, not a single adult person in Syria could claim to not know that the West and their allies, are the biggest mass murderers of innocent civilians.
You only have to take short walk through British history.
Not a single adult person in Syria could pretend that Saudi Arabia or Qatar are remotely interested in democracy, so how could any Syrian person, possibly agree to be financed by foreign regimes like these, who do not care about human life either ?
In Syria, as elsewhere, the struggle to change systems that do not protect life, are no different.
In Syria however, some Syrian people have made a deal with our own devils, in Western governments, which will only help the belly of the beast, grow even stronger, which will make it worse for...everyone.
Those who challenge governments have a responsibility to not drag in innocent civilians who are not involved, or do not agree with their struggle, over religious, political or financial ideology.
In Parliament Square we saw various campaigns over the years, come and go, because they did not understand the fundamental, that you protect life, first.
One of the most fashionable pie in the sky ideas, of our times, is that if you can just change the global financial system, all else will follow.
This idea also fails to understand the simple dynamics that until you can respect, and therefore learn how to protect, human life, you will not change any financial system for the better, because it is all about accountability.
To have accountability to protect life, you must first have a legal system that works. When you have a legal system that works, to protect life, then you will have a legal system that can put in place a proper financial system. It will not happen any other way, because democracy or financial systems are not of themselves accountable, in terms of the harm, they really do cause.
There is no law that says anyone can simply vote to murder whoever they like, whatever political leaders and the media might like to claim about their...democracy.
Real law (not the legislative frauds) is about...accountability.
Justice, over harm.
In addition it has not been commonly understood the particular opportunity one has in the U.K, to make huge changes out of small changes, that can have a very large knock on effect.
A very large belly of the beast is the U.K State (and their legal anomaly of the City of London).
The brutal U.K State put in place, the blueprint of a global business state, through the still existing framework, of the far from Commonwealth, which was built up over a very many years.
If you can put a dent in the far from legal U.K system of Injustice, that has the potential for a real ripple effect.
That is why we say it is legal for the people to bring prosecutions of public officials, before juries of the people, where proceedings are filmed and published, by the people.
If that is the norm, that puts the power of real law, back in the hands of the people.
It also eliminates "judges" having free reign to improperly direct unsuspecting juries, before the media provide an official version of proceedings, because transcripts which are often wrong anyway (with crucial words often attributed as "unintelligible" etc), when compared to tapes, are usually prohibitively expensive.
It will also prevent the instances where judges imprison people without legal representation or trial, which does happen, in the U.K.
It is through various levels of process/"editorial control" (incl. judges, media and disclosure) that the U.K State has...usurped the rule of law, and done away with, real accountability.
In all the circumstances, people in the West could not in good conscience, support the Syrian Opposition.
Originally there are very likely to have been genuine personal grievances, as there are in most countries.
Nevertheless, no has the right, to allow humanitarian organizations, and western governments, to hijack personal grievances, to make that into a case, for foreign military intervention, which will indiscriminately murder, any others.
One reason the Syrian Opposition has failed, is because they have not faced the reality of the world we really live in, where it is a global community of very big business, against a global community of people.
The people in the West do know, that the same western governments and humanitarian agencies, who purport to want to help the Syrian people, do not help their own people.

The communiqué rejects all forms of interference or foreign dictation, with the Syrians deciding upon their country's future using democratic methods, in addition to asserting that that it's not permissible to relinquish any part of Syria.

The communiqué asks all countries to prevent supplying weapons or training or harboring terrorists, and also stopping all kinds of media hatred incitment to perpetrate terrorist acts in accordance with international resolutions relevant to combating terrorism.
The communiqué also noted that the state establishments cost people money and hard work and therefore must be preserved, in addition to stressing the need to preserve and protect all state establishments and utilities, infrastructure, and public and private properties.
Sources close to the Syrian official delegation to Geneva asserted that the delegation was and still is open to discussing all points, but it proposed these principles which no patriotic Syrian would reject in order to find common ground, yet the coalition delegation of the so-called "opposition" rejected them.
Following is the full, exact text of the communiqué:
Basic elements for a political communiqué
1-Full respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria and inadmissibility to give up any part of its territory. Commitment should be made in order to restore all its occupied territories.
2-Rejection of all forms of dictate and foreign interference in the Syrian internal affairs directly and indirectly so that the Syrians decide the future of their country through democratic means and the ballot box as the Syrians are the ones who have the sole right of choosing their political system without compromising on any subject unacceptable to the Syrian people.
3-The Syrian Arab Republic is a democratic country on the basis of political pluralism, the rule of law and the independence of judiciary and citizenship and protecting national unity and cultural diversity of the components of the Syrian society and protecting public freedom.
4-Rejection of terrorism and combating it and rejecting all forms of extremism, racism, and takfiri Wahabi thinking and asking the countries to stop providing terrorist groups, supplying them with armaments, training, financing and providing them with information or financing for those and also stopping all kinds of media hatred incitement to perpetrate terrorist acts in accordance with international resolutions relevant to combating terrorism.
5-Preserving all state institutions and the country's infrastructure and public and private properties and protecting them.
Deputy Foreign Minister: We try to present modest ideas not to have the conference reach a dead-end… political communiqué represents conscience of every Syrian citizen
Jan 27, 2014
Geneva, (SANA Delegate), Deputy Foreign and Expatiates Minister Fayssal Mikdad affirmed that the official delegation of the Syrian Arab republic taking part in Geneva 2 conference tries since the beginning of the conference to present modest ideas not to have the conference reach a dead-end, but the other side and those who stand behind it tries to take the conference to that end.
Mikdad told, Syrian al-Ikhbariya TV, that the political communiqué presented by the Syrian official delegation is a paper which represents the conscience of every Syrian citizen and reflects the constitutions of Syria since independence till today, but unfortunately, some Syrians reject these basic ideas.
He added that what we mean by the first item which stipulates full respect for the sovereignty, territorial integrity of Syria and inadmissibility to give up any part of its territory" was that Israel and its agents are the only sides that reject such items, saying that… Israel is in this process from the beginning, otherwise why the killers had invaded all the Palestinian camps in Syria and besiege al-Yarmouk camp.
Mikdad affirmed that he, who rejects the item of rejecting all forms of dictate and foreign interference in Syria's internal affairs, is an agent for the outside and has no minimum feeling of citizenship and doesn't represent Syria.
He said that the coalition delegation called / opposition/, through rejecting the communiqué, is against Syria as a democratic country on the basis of political pluralism, the rule of law and the independence of judiciary and citizenship, protecting national unity and cultural diversity of the components of the Syrian society and protecting public freedom, though / opposition/ has claimed of all these facts, but when we put them in front of reality they lie because there is a person orders them to accept or reject.
Concerning the item of rejection of terrorism and combating it and rejecting all forms of extremism, racism, and takfiri Wahabi thinking and asking the countries to stop providing terrorist groups, supplying them with armaments, training, financing and providing them with information or financing for those and also stopping all kinds of media hatred incitement to perpetrate terrorist acts in accordance with international resolutions relevant to combating terrorism, Mikdad said that this item has been taken from the UN Security council resolution 1373, and anyone who opposes this, supports terrorism and continuation of killing the Syrian people.
He added that a number of UN officials have started to acknowledge in the existence of terrorism in Syria, and this terrorism exists since the first moment and aims at destroying Syria and deviating its track, national and pan-Arab stances led by President Bashar al-Assad.
Mikdad affirmed that the item which refers to preserving all state institutions and the country's infrastructure and public and private properties and protecting them, is connected to Geneva 1 communiqué and any one rejects it, rejects Geneva communiqué.
He said that the political communiqué was presented to Brahimi who passed it to the other side which immediately rejected it without reading or scrutinizing it.
Mikdad added that Brahimi showed understanding of the communiqué which we were expecting to discuss it because Geneva communiqué stipulates for an agreement on everything, and this is what we suppose and will remain be committed to literally, citing a plot aims to blow up all Geneva process.
He said that no Syria can reject such a communiqué, and this assures the Syrians that we agree in minimum on points like the presence of a state, a democratic Syria, liberating the occupied lands and protecting them, asserting that Syria's official delegation came to Geneva2 conference with a positive spirit, but the other side has no such spirit, in spite of this, we will remain positive till the end to have it be successful and not to give any pretext for the coalition who seeks to fail it.
Mikdad made clear that Syria's official delegation has no hesitation to discuss any item or topic, but it asserts the need for discussing all sensitive issues with a broad spectrum of the opposition, not with a delegation that even lacks the side it represents, so they oppose everything.
He reiterated that Syria's official delegation came to Geneva 2 conference with a sincere will to have the conference and the efforts exerted to convene and get it succeeded and to rescue Syria from bloodshed and killing practiced by terrorists through foreign interference and support offered by all over the world, particularly the states which practice hypocrisy and double standard policy towards terrorism.
Homs Governor: Measures to evacuate children, women from Homs old city arranged by Governorate months ago
Jan 27, 2014
Homs, (SANA) – Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi said that evacuation of civilians, particularly women, children and elders, from Homs old city is a result of arrangements taken by the Governorate 4 months ago.
During his meeting with a delegation representing the UN Resident Coordinator in Syria on Monday, al-Barazi said that the governorate is waiting for an answer from the UN representatives as to specify the number of civilians who are willing to exit the area.
The governor said that all willing civilians will be taken to places they want and be provided with all medical and food aid, adding that the Governorate had asked international organizations, including the International committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), to contribute in bringing the civilians out of Homs old city.
He said that evacuating civilians from Homs old city or any other area is a main tendency for the Syrian government, which is trying to evacuate all civilians who want to be evacuated, stressing that there are not obstacles hindering the delivery of humanitarian aid to any area except the attacks of the armed terrorist groups against humanitarian convoys in hot spots.
“The humanitarian aid is reaching all areas without exceptions and in cooperation with the international humanitarian institutions,” al-Barazi said, adding that focusing on the old city of Homs by the coalition delegation is unjustified, especially that the Syrian government has set a humanitarian response plan for all the Syrian areas.
“The Syrian government has implemented 85% of this plan in Homs during the last year,” he concluded.
