Donna: I would never have been discriminated against as a child & adult through the use of s44 of the Australian Constitution if politicians had to consider they might one day have to stand face to face with me as an elected member in Parliament (12.05.2020)
I confirmed today to a young man called Lachlan that my priority has to be standing as a dual national in elections (and that I have properly notified politicians et al of this) to legally right the wide-ranging historical wrong of s44 of the Australian Constitution because the real victims are people like myself who had our identities forcibly changed as children, while the discrimination has always continued.
Refer Case 352 County Court of Victoria 28 May 1963
I pointed out Australian companies could not use s44 of the Australian Constitution as a means to discriminate against employees they knew were dual nationals, but believed could not be elected to Parliament, to stop the discrimination of a company.
It is self evident I would never have been discriminated against as a child and adult through the use of s44 of the Australian Constitution if politicians had to consider they might one day have to stand face to face with me as an elected member in Parliament.
I am a dual national who is an Australian citizen and I am standing in politics to protect all Australian lives, regardless of where people live or whatever their politics may be, because the legal reality is Australian politics in their entirety lack any legitimacy until it includes dual nationals, because we have the necessary locus standi.
Most politicians will have dual national Australian citizens living in their electorates.
For the avoidance of doubt the Greens do not as they publicly claim currently speak 'on behalf of'/instead of etc https://greens.org.au/nsw/about dual national Australian... citizens like myself.
Indeed, politicians who do not support, endorse or stand with me to right this historical wrong will not be able to publicly claim they care about any or all Australians, let alone equally.
