Donna Black-cat: Messr(s) Le Dro (et al) My claim after being exiled from UK & while living in Breizh in EU, for pension on medical grounds now... from Australian govt. is only further ‘complicated’ by fact France like UK (& unlike other EU member states) does not have an 'international social security agreement' with Australia (10.05.2019)

Messrs Le Dro (et al):

I am a Catalan Italian British Australian exiled from the UK because I was tortured etc (which the Australian government were complicit in)

The reality is what is called ‘residency’ and ‘citizenship’ are ‘fluid’ social constructs because of course wealthy people live wherever they want.

It is impractical etc for me to a) try and settle lawsuits and b) wait around for politicians who have commissioned and ignored numerous reports to agree a functioning pan-EU or universal health and welfare agreement... that would help to stop torture etc and therefore exile from within the EU.

Therefore I am in the process of claiming a pension on medical grounds from the Australian government, while I live in Breizh, France (in lieu of a civil jury and my lawsuits).

This process, which does include that payments can be made overseas, that I obviously do qualify for (however you look at it, I was at best ‘retired’ from the UK, with the complicity of the Australian govt) is only really further ‘complicated’ by the fact, France (and the UK) unlike a number of other countries in the EU, does not have an ‘international social services agreement’ with Australia.

(The British Commonwealth only has an endless array of 'anomalies' arising from the Treaty of Utrecht)

My intention is to use a pension to 'self-insure' as much as possible.

I may therefore need to simplify 'the process' by transferring my ‘primary residency’ to another EU state (at least on paper) although I really do not want to 'permanently' leave Breizh, France which I love in so many ways.

When I was forced into exile, I was really just trying to find some kind of safe haven to try and recover as much as possible.

I would obviously ideally like to transfer ’permanent residency’ to Catalonia with Australian citizenship, which would -almost- be the same as Druze in the Golan really, except that I would really be autonomous, which I do really believe in.

I do personally believe all states should (and will eventually) first and foremost be autonomous within one functioning legal jurisdiction, rather than being republics or monarchies.

In reality all states are autonomous in numerous ways, regardless of how they might otherwise market themselves.

You can contact me to discuss my progress, by email if necessary.

Donna ‘Black-Cat’ Bugat: British monarchy are stopping true free market capitalism with their global centuries old illegitimate landholdings which are not a level playing field (02.12.2019)

I am curious to see what true free market capitalism looks like with a real level playing field.

It is common-sense it is a fundamental human right everyone should have the land security of owning some land so they can build their own shelter which is necessary for their survival.
