Donna Black-cat: The Australian ’New Start Allowance’ can help establish universal legal precedent over exile ’country of origin’ in Europe, to help build stable economies to benefit everyone (17.04.2019)
The British Commonwealth & European Union ‘Europe’ have created a cycle of exile over so many centuries, some individuals and families have done the whole 360 regardless of being a supposed ‘dual national’. In reality, being a ‘dual national’ can equate to simply twice the trouble from ‘over-governance’. When it comes to there being a problem, suddenly a ‘dual national’ is disowned.
The British Commonwealth and ‘Europe’ (now the European Union) don’t even have any publicly agreed Constitution, or indeed a publicly elected European Union President, because their only interest remains the economic interests of a few.
The British Commonwealth who were only too willing to take my taxes, lacked any kind of ‘customer service’ when things go wrong, because then you are suddenly treated like an undeclared ‘independent’ state who is ‘someone else’s’ problem.
The reality for an exile from -within- the European Union is that you will never have any access to any basic rights that other people take for granted, however long you live in the European Union and however much money you pay in taxes and so on. You don’t even have as a starting point any access to medical treatment.
A competent economic theory builds stable economies for everyone, which still leaves plenty of margin for fair competition, which doesn’t currently exist.
(It is more important to me to set a universal legal precedent to reverse cycles of exile, than settle my lawsuits)
There is and must remain, so much beyond politics.
I put on my pink bandana and went on what turned out to be a lengthy trek across the countryside yesterday afternoon, marvelling at the changing landscape between my ‘Breton-Woods’ and the first village that you pass through with a river where you begin to smell the sea. This was before I arrived at my final destination for the day which was a town with a popular Cathedral and marina that is on the edge of the coastal area really. (I had chosen to change my original route to a village, which would go by a Chateau with the most beautiful garden situated on a hillside you can see for miles, and as a consequence found myself in a village a whole hour earlier than expected, so thought I may as well try and travel further to progress some things)
On the way home, when it was literally mostly uphill in the final quarter, I enjoyed watching the changing light and sun setting across all the fields during the my quite frequent stops by then. When I rounded the final corner down the hill to my own little cottage snuggled into the hillside, I was reminded just how beautiful everything is, when I was met by the most amazing evening chorus of birdsong all around me. I realised that my own little nature lovers paradise was with its birdsong, quite unique in it’s own way too, (it’s also a bit of a micro-climate too) compared to everywhere I had travelled that day.
I will use the Australian 'New Start Allowance' to do what I can to contribute to building stable economies that benefit everyone.
There are so many beautiful spaces and places in the world for everyone.
