SCHRODINGER’S CAT (HQ12X002745 & RIGHT TO LIFE) : POLITICIANS CYNICALLY CREATED LEGAL LIMBO BY FORCING EXILE TO SUSPEND HABEAS CORPUS; POLITICIANS ‘OFFICIALLY’ (IE: ILLEGALLY) DENY LEGAL REALITY OF EXILE (TO TRY & AVOID SCRUTINY OF CIVIL JURY LAWSUIT) (18.04.2018)
I am the real life Schrodinger's Cat politicians jobsworths claim falls outside 'the scope' of any and every single one of the supposed checks and balances in what is certainly no democracy in the UK that have all demonstrably failed to ensure access to the real scrutiny of politicians by a civil jury in a very straightforward lawsuit.
... the witness...
The politicians have cynically created the legal limbo of suspending Habeas Corpus, by forcing exile while politicians 'officially' (ie: illegally) deny the legal reality of exile, primarily to try and avoid the scrutiny of a civil jury lawsuit.
The politicians in the European Union notably only talk about refugees from outside the European Union who were sent to Germany in 2015 to hide that politicians do not officially recognise the legal reality of exiles from within the European Union. (I was for example exiled in 2013... before the so called refugee crisis)
In far from legal terms politicians are trying to 'sidestep' very serious legal responsibilities because exile doesn't just happen but is the cause of a serious breakdown in a legal system. There is a very long catalogue of many years of abuse by bullying politicians that it was foreseeable inevitably forced me into exile. The legal limbo creates a Schrodinger's Cat who is illegally denied access to legal representation and anything else, which is a continuation of what was going on in Parliament Square really.
There is obviously no legal reason HQ12X002745 case management and a civil jury could not be conducted through video link.
(It turns out the British courts are unsurprisingly also falsely claiming people have an 'option' to settle lawsuits through 'mediation')
I am the law abiding civilian who said enough is enough, and filed for divorce from politicians who had abandoned me really.
