BRITISH BREXIT ‘LAWYER’ JOLYON MAUGHAM RED HERRING ‘ARTICLE 50’ DUTCH COURT… CONTINUES 'WINDOW DRESSING' THAT ’LEAPFROGS’ REAL STARTING POINT & ISSUE, NO DUE PROCESS CIVILIAN… EXILES FROM… WITHIN EUROPEAN UNION (16.12.2018)
The Brexit lawyers really are trying to leapfrog the real issue and starting point is there is no due process for civilian… exiles from ... within the European Union.
There is nothing but complete and utter malice behind the euphemism of 'Article 50'.
... window dressing... the real issue british brexit lawyers are trying to leapfrog is there is no due process for civilian.... exiles from the uk within the european union... which is a very, very serious matter...
It's the usual story of a lawyer (who is actually paying for the legal challenge) on 'manoeuvres' for politicians really.
It is such a con because, where is the... legal representation for any civilian from within the European Union already... exiled ?
Everyone who wants it really should have publicly funded legal representation over Brexit anyway.
I don't personally believe Westminster ever planned to leave the European Union, because Article 50 is so obviously invalid because the false premise is that any politician from any country, could arbitrarily exile any civilian for any reason.
I was forced out of the UK into... exile within the European Union precisely because there was no legal representation, because the British politicians all knew there was no due process for civilian... exiles within the European Union.
Maugham & Co noticeably didn't argue in the UK about Brexit being... retrospective (there was a problem with retrospective legislation being used against peaceniks in Parliament Square, Central London that did not exist anywhere else in the UK, the London lawyers never batted an eye over, even after and despite the former British PM Cameron & Co illegally publicly calling for us to be 'removed'. In any real sense 'Article 50' is just another extension of no due process in a slightly different way, that had been going on... for many years in Parliament Square, Central London.
Even refugees from... outside the European Union have some process etc.
It's the issue of civilian... exiles from within the European Union that is not being legally addressed.
Imagine the spectacle of even having to argue over your European Union citizenship with Judges at (for example) the ECHR from Russia and Turkey who are not even members of the European Union !!
Everything about ‘Article 50’ really is a red herring because it’s true purpose is to hide that there has only ever been no due process for civilian… exiles from within the European Union, which 'curiously' given the 'his... tory' of Europe has not vexed any politicians at all.
