BREXITGATE: BRITISH (& AUS) GOVTS WILL REMAIN UNDER JURISDICTION ECJ BECAUSE OF ONGOING -LEGAL LIABILITIES- BEYOND FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT OVER TORTURE & ATTEMPTED MURDER EXILED FEMALE PEACENIK (03.12.2017)
The legal reality that is just the legal reality is the circumstances of British politicians in the UK being involved in illegally denying me legal representation to try and cover up Johnson's torture and attempted murder of me etc means that the British (and Australian) governments will continue being under the jurisdiction of the ECJ.
We were forced out of the UK into exile in the European Union... before Brexit, which politicians cannot then later use in a further illegal attempt to obstruct their... legal liabilities.
It has always been a legal impossibility for the British (and Australian governments) to deny legal liability/ies that…. continue beyond the financial settlement, that could only come under the jurisdiction of the ECJ.
... a reasonable and rational person does know it is illegal for public officials to torture and attempt to murder a female peacenik who is then illegally denied legal representation in the cover up !! while all the evidence is... johnson !! continued, threatening and attacking us etc...
Of course the fact the UK illegally denied me legal representation in the cover-ups only very seriously compounded the harm caused because I was only always being put under more than unfair… duress that it is impossible to deny came directly from politicians.
The only lawful and sensible course of action now for politicians is for politicians to first lawfully settle the lawsuits as instructed.
Everyone knows that for all the legal reasons the financial settlement has to come... first to protect me.
(The legal reality is the British and Australian governments have never had any legal defence to put before any court ever, including the ECJ)
I am not going to be used and abused by politicians in Brexit !! because every single politician in Westminster already -knew- what their legal liabilities were before... politicians spun Brexit.
