'THE CATALAN COMPANY' : POLITICIANS WHO WANT ‘HARD BORDER’ TO STOP PEACENIKS ’STRAYING’ NEAR COURTS WILL NEED TO DELIVER ON LAWFUL SETTLEMENT LAWSUITS & WITNESS PROTECTION (26.11.2017)
There have long been a number of legal 'conundrums' surrounding the UK wanting to put a ‘hard border’ between peaceniks and lawsuits in courts which all really arose from the old Commonwealth meeting a slowly emerging legal order in the European Union.
... Brian and Babs bestest friends... ultimately I am guided by what I know Brian would want me to do and that is what I have done and try to do....
I would prefer being ‘domiciled’ in two countries outside the UK in the European Union for a number of reasons including and based on my reasonably wanting to protect myself from the revolving doors of politicians. I would actually rather pay to live as ‘domiciled’ in two countries outside the UK in the European Union which is the opposite of what tax exiles do, because I am a… real exile.
It is true there is no legally enforceable ‘political’ deal in what are unusual circumstances, but I am the one who is trustworthy because I do have a demonstrable track record of openly and honestly doing what I say I will do.
Let’s hope that no peaceniks !! are ever forced out of the UK into exile in the European Union ever again and then no such situation will ever arise again.
I make no apologies for being a law abiding civilian who really stood with Brian who was the only law in town in Westminster while we really did free speech for law abiding civilians.
I obviously want to get on with my own personal life in exile and live in… peace.
It is inevitable that politicians in the European Union don’t/won’t necessarily have the personal desire to move towards more administrative roles in governance so there are compromises that have to be made.
In reality, I think it is the UK who is lagging far behind. It is actually the unelected House of Lords in the UK that is only stuffed full of cronies of one kind or another who I view as the biggest affront to democracy.
My personal view is that the European Union is by contrast generally slowly moving in a correct direction of travel which is harder for politicians to unravel anyway.
Ultimately I am guided with what I know Brian would want me to do and that is what I have done and try to do.
