BREXITGATE : UK MALICIOUSLY SPUN FREE SPEECH LEGISLATION P.SQUARE THAT DIDN’T EXIST ANYWHERE ELSE IN UK, USING DATES SISTER’S DEATH & LANDMARK JURY TRIAL NEPHEW'S EXECUTION AUSTRALIA, BEFORE COVER UP LEGISLATION, FORCING EXILE (06.11.2017)
I know our cases are unique because the ss 132-138 SOCPA 2005 legislation the politicians and media barons maliciously used against we peaceniks in Parliament Square, Central London, didn’t exist anywhere else in the UK.
... there is no 'plausible deniability' over 48 unlawful 'arrests' over ... free speech legislation that didn't exist anywhere else in the uk...
The UK cynically and malevolently took the dates of my sister’s death and a landmark jury trial over my nephew’s execution (by a police officer’s son) in Australia and maliciously tried spinning that against me over… free speech !! legislation in Parliament Square, that… didn’t exist anywhere else in the UK.
NO ‘PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY’:
The landmark jury trial in Australia over my nephew’s execution concluded there was no ‘plausible deniability’ it was a ‘mistake’ and in 2006, the government there were forced to close the recklessly dangerous shooting zone.
In the UK the government had no ‘plausible deniability’ they were maliciously targeting peaceniks in Parliament Square, because the 'free speech' legislation did not exist anywhere else in the UK.
When they had failed in the UK (because we had comprehensively won in court on 13 December 2007 at Southwark Crown Court which really wasn’t supposed to happen/wasn't part of their script etc etc) they legislated the cover up !! (the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011) forcing me into exile in the European Union.
The torture in 2006 & 2007 and then torture and attempted murder of me in 2009 happened because they could not prosecute us any longer and wanted to cover up what they had done.
All the red lines really were crossed in September 2009 where it was always impossible to deny what had happened.
There really is a very big difference between anyone having a disagreement with a politician and a politician abusing public office to torture and attempt to murder you because you are a peacenik.
It is a matter of fact that the Brexitgate ’Tsar’ Alexander Boris Johnson is legally responsible for what happened in September 2009 because he was both the Mayor of London and boss of three successive Commissioner’s of the MET Police.
Other members of the campaign were very, very seriously abused too and Brian died, because the truth was there was a very dirty war going on in Parliament Square for years.
It is a matter of fact there was never any due process in the UK over a very many years, during which I was illegally denied legal representation, all of which the Australian government had known about.
I was obviously forced into exile in the European Union in the most appalling circumstances.
Brian and I were kindred spirits who shared a passion for peace, love and justice for everyone, doing our very best to save civilian lives.
We always acted honourably and only lawfully practised free speech.
There were no terror attacks in the UK on my seven plus years watch in Parliament Square, in Central London, because the politicians and media barons were only busy trying to illegally ‘remove’ Brian and myself.
I kept my promise to Brian.
The British government are legally obliged to lawfully settle the lawsuits in cases where they never had any ‘plausible deniability’.
Anyone who knows me knows I have never had and have no interest in the musical chairs etc in British politics.
It’s truly incredible what the politicians and media barons in the UK did over… free speech for law abiding… civilians, which explains why law abiding civilians in the UK don’t need the ‘permission’ of ‘politicians’ to lawfully exercise… free speech.
Brian really was the greatest peacemaker in our times, because he was the only law in town in the UK, who preceded the signing and coming into force of the Rome Statute and the emergence of the International Criminal Court.
There obviously needs to be goodwill on the part of all governments to make the International Criminal Court work for... civilian populations.
There are no 'victories' for civilian populations in war.
Of course exile under such circumstances is not easy, but what I personally love most in the European Union is the inspiring diversity of cultures that exists outside of and is not defined by whatever happens to be the latest passing 'populist' stage of administrative governance.
