NATO & IRAQI KURDS PLAN TO SMUGGLE -EUROPEAN- WEAPONS INTO SYRIA IN VIOLATION OF EU, IRAQI & SYRIAN LAW (29.10.2014)
Iraqi politicians have said that the deployment of CIA-led Iraqi Kurds in Syria, is a violation of even the constitution of Iraq, which was illegally imposed by the US & UK 'governments' during what is really the continuing occupation of Iraq, and improperly favours the Barzani Kurds anyway.
The CIA-led Iraqi Barzani Kurds are behaving as though they now own and run Iraq -and- Syria.
Clearly the Iraqi Barzani Kurds are not at all streched by the 'Islamic State' in Iraq, and are illegally planning to transfer weapons from...Europe into Syria.

"... Dispatching Peshmerga to the besieged Syrian town of Kobane is a political move and violates the Iraqi constitution,...al-Adeeb insisted the move “directly violates Iraqi law and the constitution” because it was not approved by the federal government...
...The plan [in Syria] is the result of weeks of negotiations between Turkish, Kurdish, and American officials....
“The Peshmerga are ultimately an Iraqi force, and they need the approval of the Iraqi Parliament and the Iraqi government to do anything outside of the country’s borders, he said. “This is only natural because Iraq is a higher authority (than the Kurdistan Regional Government)....”
Meanwhile the British Guardian ‘news’ media incredibly quote the Iraqi Kurdish website Rudaw as their sole source for claiming the...Syrian government are in agreement with the deployment of US & Turkish CIA-led...Iraqi Kurdish troops, into their sovereign territory.
“...The Islamic State is the enemy of humanity and everyone else and we see sending the peshmerga to Kobani as positive. The Kurds need to support their brethren,” Ali Haidar, the Syrian national reconciliation minister, told the Iraqi-Kurdish news site Rudaw...
“...IS is the enemy of humanity and everyone else and we see sending the Peshmerga to Kobane positive,” Syrian National Reconciliation Minister, Ali Haidar told Rudaw...
...Qader said that the [Iraqi] Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has coordinated the Peshmerga deployment with Turkey, the United States and Kurdish authorities in Kobane....
Well it’s not like the Guardian could quote even a Syrian government website, because those are being illegally blocked in Europe.
"...Victor Bostinaru, an MEP from Romania, said that Turkey, as a country that is seeking to join the EU, should show its “readiness to cooperate and to coordinate with EU and NATO” in fighting ISIL.
Arnaud Danjean, an MEP from France, pointed out that Ankara as a NATO member had an obligation to take action against ISIL, saying, “When we observe Turkey’s attitude on Kobani or ISIS (ISIL), it raises many questions...”
"...The Australian government has repeatedly said in the past week that the final details of the deployment are still being worked out, citing only "administrative" reasons.
Iraq's ambassador in Canberra, Mouayed Saleh, could not be reached for comment on the issue on Wednesday night.
Iraq's Foreign Minister, Ibrahim al-Jaafari reportedly said earlier this month that Baghdad was "absolutely against foreign military bases and the presence of foreign military forces".
"Yes, we did ask for help, but it concerned air cover," he said.
"The question of sending troops in was discussed several times and we were very frank and stated clearly that we are completely against the deployment of foreign troops on our territory, as it can cause justifiable fears and concerns among the Iraqi population...."
"...Kobani is surrounded on three sides, so the only way supplies and fighters could get in was by air or through the Turkish border crossing...."
Clearly the Guardian propaganda is a tissue of lies.
It is the US-led coalition themselves who are trying to create no fly and buffer zones in Syria against the Syrian government, that now includes a route for illegally funnelling European weapons supposedly given to...the Iraqi Kurds, that it now turns out they want to illegally ship into Syria through Kobane.
There are absolutely no legal grounds for shipping European weapons across borders, from Iraq into Syria.
