Subject: For the Urgent attention of Chief Executive, Westminster Council - Re: Parliament Square Peace Campaign
Dear Chief Executive, Westminster Council
It is now clear that Westminster Council cannot seize any property because they have NOT responded as requested within the reasonable time given with the following information,
a) what section of the Refuse and Disposal Act 1978, or Common Law, they would rely upon with the relevant authorities.
b) what the alleged nuisance or interference is.
which has meant that we have not been given a reasonable opportunity to first challenge whatever Westminster Council come back with, in the High Court.
Clearly, Westminster Council have no legitimate basis for these 'excuses', but have shown their intent to violate the rights of the Parliament Square Peace Campaign and its members.
We remind all of the principle, Nulla poena sine lege.
If Westminster Council, now, want to proceed, Westminster Council MUST seek an injunction in the High Court.
In the event that Westminster Council break the law, and proceed without first going to the High Court, we will arrange the arrest of all those involved including the Chief Executive of Westminster Council, Mr Large, Mr Pufulete and Mr Ingledew.'
Sincerely
Steve Jago,
"Police Farce"
