DAY 4265: MONDAY FEBRUARY 4TH 2013.
A civil claim continues.

23rd May 2006
I don't believe that the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police can spin the truth so that a jury could agree that:
On May 23rd 2006 (when 78 Metropolitan Police used £111,000 !!!! of taxpayers money),
a) the Metropolitan Police "reasonably believed" I was a "criminal" when I was unlawfully arrested and falsely imprisoned etc.
b) that any police officer "reasonably believed" that S3(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1967 was ever a "police power of seizure" !!!! that could be used when the now repealed, SOCPA 2005 ss 132-138, did not even have any police power of "seizure".
The only "sanctions" the now discredited SOCPA 2005 ss 132-138 had, were fines or imprisonment for showing too much evidence of war crimes.
It is interesting that the courts have not struck out such a blatantly false "defence" that was submitted by the police.
And it is quite appalling that a law firm is taking very large amounts of taxpayers money to try and peddle such lies.
Which came first ?
Real law about war crimes or bad law to try and cover up war crimes ?
